LET US INTRODUCE OURSELVES:

Kris Powers:  I am Kris Powers and the Broker/Owner of The Village Realtors.  I have been in the Real Estate business since 1987.  I started in sales and early on switched to property management.  This allowed me the time to be home evenings and weekends to raise my two boys.  In 1990 I bought an existing property management business and have been running it ever since.  I enjoy the Real Estate business and plan to be in the business for many years to come.  I like to stay on the cutting edge and constantly seek to improve my marketing methods.  I work very hard to be superb help to all my clients, owners or tenants, and love the friendships that grow over the years.  I have had many properties that I have managed, and then sold, and still have the friendships that developed over the years.  I work Real Estate sales by referral only, which enables me to keep my business small and personal.  I am a HAM Radio Operator with a General Class License.  The sports I love are shooting (Endowment/Life member of the NRA) rock climbing, water skiing, golf and billiards.  I will be able to help with local suggestions for your activities to enrich your vacation.  I hope to meet you in the future!

Martin Zamora: Marty came on board The Village Realtors December 1st 2007. He had been our maintenance man prior to that. He is engaged to Nicole, who many of our tenants and owners know since she worked for us prior to taking over her mom's business. Marty has a strong construction background which makes him a great asset to the property management business. He is pleasant to work with and will go the extra mile to help tenants and owners.
