LET US INTRODUCE OURSELVES:

Kris Powers:  I am Kris Powers and the Broker/Owner of The Village Realtors.  I have been in the Real Estate business since 1987.  I started in sales and early on switched to property management.  This allowed me the time to be home evenings and weekends to raise my two boys.  In 1990 I bought an existing property management business and have been running it ever since.  I enjoy the Real Estate business and plan to be in the business for many years to come.  I like to stay on the cutting edge and constantly seek to improve my marketing methods.  I work very hard to be superb help to all my clients, owners or tenants, and love the friendships that grow over the years.  I have had many properties that I have managed, and then sold, and still have the friendships that developed over the years.  I work Real Estate sales by referral only, which enables me to keep my business small and personal.  The sports I love are rock climbing, water skiing, golf and billiards.  I will be able to help with local suggestions for your activities to enrich your vacation.  I hope to meet you in the future!

Sylvia Groth: I am Sylvia Groth and a Real Estate sales agent with The Village Realtors. I have been working with Kris Powers since the fall of 2004 when I graduated from Wheaton College in Wheaton, IL, where I studied business. All aspects of business interest me, but in the property management niche I specifically enjoy assisting people create the best vacation possible by booking them in the property that is ideally suited for their needs. Every trip is a memory, and I want those memories with friends and family to be the best from year to year. When I am not working, I am usually out riding my bicycle or training for a triathlon, with the California Half-Ironman as my most recent accomplishment. I enjoy every minute that I live in north San Diego County, and I take pleasure in giving people the chance to visit our beautiful area.
